How we help

• We'll always explain where the value lies in the stone (whether it's the cut, a certain clarity, etc..)

• We can take ideas from our customers, who bring them in drawn on a piece of paper and create a wax mold that the ring will be cast in.

• We stock a number of mountings and can quickly change ring heads and set the stones, which gives the customer more versatility to decide the quality and cut of stone they want mounted in the ring.  We can even change them overnight.

• We stand behind our product with a written appraisal.

• We warranty our rings for a year and longer if there's a manufacture defect.

• We clean and check rings twice a year as a free service with any ring that we've sold.

Maintenance Tips:

• Have a knowledgeable jeweler clean and check your valuable rings at least twice a year to tighten the stones and properly maintain them.

• Check your rings periodically

• Bring your ring into the jeweler if you notice:      

                            -Your ring starts snagging on clothes                                                                                                

                            -Your ring looks strange

                            -You notice the stone is loose when you touch it with your finger nail

                            -You've banged it against something or bent the ring at all

• If you have banged or bent the ring, you could soon be losing the gemstone.  To be safe, take it to a professional jeweler not just a jewelry store to have it examined.
